At Cake World, we specialize in freshly prepared, handcrafted, and perishable cake products. Due to the nature of our products, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been placed and processed.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- You receive an incorrect product.
- You receive a damaged or expired product.
Verification Process
Cake World reserves the right to request supporting details such as product images, packaging images, or order information to verify the claim before processing any refund or replacement.
Reporting an Issue
Customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order by emailing support@cakeworldstore.com. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for review due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout. The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
